工作学习简历
       2002年山东大学物理化学(胶体化学)专业获博士学位,2002年7月至2003年在汕头大学做博士后研究绝地求生竞猜网站-首页,2004年至2006年受聘于江南大学“太湖学者”特聘教授绝地求生竞猜网站-首页、博士生导师绝地求生竞猜网站-首页绝地求生竞猜网站-首页绝地求生竞猜网站-首页绝地求生竞猜网站-首页。2007年4月调上海交通大学绝地求生竞猜网站-首页,功能食品学科带头人。中国化学会绝地求生竞猜网站-首页、美国化学会成员,国家自然科学基金评审专家、《食品与药品》编委、国内外多个学术期刊审稿人绝地求生竞猜网站-首页。
 
研究工作
       研究兴趣:功能食品绝地求生竞猜网站-首页、食品胶体及药品、化妆品中的基础理论及应用实践,食品检测新方法等。特别是化学基础理论在上述领域中的应用。目前开展的主要工作是第三代功能食品的制备及定量构效关系研究绝地求生竞猜网站-首页绝地求生竞猜网站-首页。主持或参加国家及省部级纵向项目10余项。其中主持有国家自然科学基金项目3项(批准号20676051绝地求生竞猜网站-首页、20573048绝地求生竞猜网站-首页、20473034)。
